In collaboration with BoxClever, I led design, UX, and delivery—alongside a two-person team—for a comprehensive design system powering a white-label smart home control platform. While the core focus was on mobile, we developed a design language and pattern library scalable to the consumer dashboard and admin tools. As a white-label solution, our goal was to make the visual identity feel distinct while keeping the user experience intuitive and familiar.
