We collaborated with the founders of Korr with a small, focused team to invent a valuable and compelling resistance training platform. The product combined a large display hidden behind a mirror with precision resistance hardware, creating a seamless and immersive workout experience. Our goal was to help users stay focused on their movements while remaining motivated by clear, attainable goals.

Beyond the core device, we envisioned a connected ecosystem: a companion app for between-session encouragements, adaptive training modifications, and progress reminders. We also mapped a scalable platform that could evolve to support remote trainers, small teams, private leaderboards, and fully customizable training programs. This work established not just a device, but a holistic fitness system designed to grow with its users.
